Leroy Robinson, President and CEO
Leroy Robinson co-founded PARS-S with two main goals: to assist local business growth and provide a pathway for gainful employment for people ready for meaningful change, including those who come from a challenging background or who have a criminal history background.
Leroy started his career as a Chief Bailiff for the Marion County Courts, then became a public school History and Government teacher and school administrator. His career then took him into state government and public and community service, eventually leading to small business ownership.
His entrepreneurship endeavors led him to create Winthrop Tech, LLC. in 2016, focusing on education and business software development and solutions. Main services included small business consulting, retail and commercial sales, and staffing opportunities for a moderate and mid-skilled workforce.
Tia L. Coleman, President of Operations
Tia L. Coleman is a co-founder of PARS-S, a philanthropist, and a national public speaker. She brings her experience as a business owner and her legal knowledge from her work as a Supervisor of the Prosecutor’s Office and her work as a paralegal.
Mr. Robinson and Ms. Coleman are also co-owners of the certified MBE, Winthrop, LLC, which was founded in 2016 and focuses on a variety of small business consulting, education software, IT, retail, and commercial sales and staffing opportunities. In co-founding PARS-S, they are both furthering their goals to foster growth for local businesses while providing a pathway for gainful employment for people who have a different skill set which may be based more on the work of event staffing, security, maintenance, or custodial work.
Helping others who are ready for meaningful change, including those who come from a challenging background or who have a criminal history background is a cause and a motivation for Ms. Coleman.

Aaron Curtis, Vice President of Operations
Aaron Curtis is building and managing the PARS-S Event Staffing and Security teams. He joined PARS-S with eight years of experience in the security industry, from loss prevention management to district manager. He also built the diversity action committee during his time at Target; his actions led to a 5% increase in target metrics within the first year.
Mr. Curtis has recruited, developed, and trained talent across all levels. With his strong management skills, he will lead these two pillars of the company and grow future talent within PARS-S. In 2013, Mr. Curtis earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University in Lafayette, Indiana. In April 2022, Mr. Curtis earned a certification in loss prevention management.
On the personal side, while attending Purdue, he bowled collegiately and met his wife through bowling and work. He and his wife have a one-year-old son named Cameron, and they are expecting a daughter in September. You can typically find him at the bowling alley during his off hours, sharpening his skills and enjoying time with his family.
Jordan Hunt, Manager of Event Staffing and Security
Jordan brings more than a decade of experience in event staffing, security operations, and team leadership to PARS-S. With a career rooted in both operational oversight and hands-on execution, his leadership approach balances strategic vision with a deep commitment to the people on the ground. Known for his ability to streamline processes, develop emerging leaders, build a healthy work culture and strong client relationships, Jordan has become a driving force behind the company’s growth and reputation for reliability.
As Manager of Event Staffing and Security, he bridges the gap between planning and performance, aligning client needs with team strengths, fostering accountability, and ensuring every event runs seamlessly.
Born and raised in Indianapolis, Jordan’s connection to the city shapes his leadership philosophy. He and his wife are raising two young children here, instilling in them the same values of hard work, integrity, and community that guide his work. His appreciation for Indianapolis’ evolving culture and spirit informs how he leads with resilience, adaptability, and a focus on building something lasting for both his team and the clients they serve.
Chase Martin, Security Supervisor
Chase Martin was born and raised on the west side of Indianapolis, where he experienced firsthand the challenges of poverty and the complex realities of his community. Those early experiences instilled in him a deep resilience and a commitment to personal growth that would become the foundation of his leadership philosophy.
Throughout his career, Mr. Martin has demonstrated a rare blend of discipline, integrity, and strategic focus. Rising above the obstacles of his environment required determination and a willingness to embrace change, qualities he now brings to PARS-S in his role as Security Supervisor. He is known for setting a high standard for professionalism, holding teams accountable while also serving as a mentor and example for those he leads.
His leadership is grounded in the belief that transformation is possible through dedication and hard work, and he applies that mindset to building strong, dependable teams that deliver exceptional service. Chase’s story is one of perseverance turned into purpose, a testament to how challenges, when met with resolve, can be transformed into the very strengths that drive success.
Suzanna Lovelace, Office Manager and Supervisor
Suzanna Lovelace thrives in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and decades of management experience, ready to manage the on-demand workforce at PARS-S. With 20 years as an office manager and 10 years supervising a patient financial services team at a hospital, she’s a proven leader adept at juggling diverse tasks and adapting to ever-changing environments. Ms. Lovelace’s work in streamlining operations, ensuring accuracy, and fostering a positive team spirit are ideal for managing our on-demand workforce. Her experience translates seamlessly into this dynamic setting, where flexibility and results are paramount.
